Employee Rights

age, you may be entitled to relief.
Wrongful Discharge: Even though
many states are "employment at will states",
you still have protection against being
fired illegally.
Employment Contracts/Severance

severance agreements.
Family Medical Leave: You may be
entitled to up to 12 weeks of leave for
serious illness or injury under the Family
