Private Practice

Our firm has a burgeoning private sector and Federal Court litigation practice led by Mr. Wilkenfeld who has over 12 years of experience as a private sector employment law litigator and trial attorney.

Our clients often seek relief in federal courts once they have exhausted all of their administrative remedies before the MSPB and/or the EEOC. We have attorneys barred in several states throughout the country and are excited to represent those clients who choose to take their fight for justice all the way to court.

We also represent private sector employees in many other areas of employment litigation, including representing employees in non-compete clause enforcement actions, duty of loyalty, contracts, and executive compensation agreements. This is in response to the astounding increase in the number and degree of restrictive covenants being written into employment contracts within the last 20 years. These restrictive covenants pose a direct threat a person's ability to be gainfully employed in his or her chosen profession and are anathema to the free exchange of labor. Mr. Wilkenfeld has a long track record of successfully taking on companies trying to enforce such covenants and is recognized as an expert in the field of restrictive covenant law.

We bring the same passion, intensity, and skill to our private sector cases and our federal sector cases in court as we do to our other areas of practice.
